Fundação Joana Vasconcelos partnered once again with Lisbon Metropolitan Command of the Public Security Police for the competition Nós Reciclamos (We Recicle).

This was the 4th edition of the competition, where students of the 1st and 2nd cycles, elderly from day care centres and institutions, and special needs students from the metropolitan are of Lisbon were challenged to devise a police hat from reusable materials.

Nós Reciclamos has had a substantial increase in the numbers of participants each edition. Over 3.700 participants and a total of 183 institutions responded to the challenge.

The police hats were exhibited in Fundação Champalimaud from 24 to 29 May, and in Palácio Nacional da Ajuda, from 1 to 14 June.

Joana Vasconcelos was once again part of the jury and created the trophies for each of the three categories of winners.
