Students of Audiovisual and Multimedia at the School of Communication and Media, in Lisbon, Cláudia Silva and Joana Teixeira made a short film about Daniel Miguel, who is now part of Joana Vasconcelos's team for nearly two years after having completed an internship under the Foundation's internship programme.

Daniel Miguel is 21 and his creativity and skills embrace areas such as drawing, graffiti, graphic design and video. He has been part of Joana Vasconcelos’s team for nearly two years. He started as an intern, after the artist had visited his school, occasion when Daniel had his first contact with Vasconcelos’s oeuvre. In the studio he has learn to embroider, among other specialized tasks he has never imagined doing, and he is now an indispensable member of the team.
