Joana Vasconcelos is part of the commemorative exhibition Oitenta Anos de Desenho (Eighty Years of Drawing) at António Arroio High School of Arts, from 21 May to 15 July.

Organised by the school’s Drawing Group, the exhibition gathers drawings by 80 artists, from former and current students to former teachers, including many renowned names from the Portuguese art scene, such as João Abel Manta, Jorge Vieira, Júlio Pomar, Mário Cesariny, José Escada, Cruzeiro Seixas, Marcelino Vespeira até João Queiroz, Filipe Faísca and Miguel Flor, among many others.

Joana Vasconcelos was too a student of António Arroio and has made a drawing especially for this exhibition.
