Joana Vasconcelos takes part in Artists’ Recipes – a collection of the favourite recipes of more than 80 renowned contemporary artists, including Marina Abramovic and Olafur Eliasson.
Swiss artist duo Admir Jahic and Comelius Roethlisberger invited more than 80 artists to share their favourite recipes. The result was a collection of recipes that combine cooking and art, including drawings, collages and photographs, showing a more personal side to each artist.
Those artists include Marina Abramovic, Erwin Wurm, Olafur Eliasson, Ryan Gander, Hermann Nitsch and Anish Kapoor, amongst many others.
The book’s 352 pages include the text in the artist’s original language, alongside English translations.
The artists’ originals will be bound into a one-off edition to be auctioned later this year and whose proceeds will benefit a charitable foundation in the field of water and food.
The book is available online and at museums shops around the world.
